This is the first coffee of the season from the Padilla family in La Coipa and our 4th year working with them. It has been a hell of a year since the whole family was hit by COVID last harvest. This season we are offering coffees from Florián, his brother Alejandro and sister, Reyna. This first lot is perfect as espresso. Fig, cacao nibs, clean process and great with milk or as a straight shot.
