100% bourbon lot from Ricardo Zelaya's farm and mill at Santa Clara. We typically release Ricardo's coffees at the tail end of the season because they are processed so meticulously that they not only hold up but mature wonderfully. If all coffees were processed as well as those coming from Santa Clara it would change everything we think of seasonality. Clean, sweet, gulpy crowdpleaser.
