This is a second year project coffee from a collective of producers around Santiago Atitlán, Sierra Mixe, Oaxaca. It is purchased, and imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants who have really expanded their work in Oaxaca over the last 6 years. We always bring in coffee from Yosotatu but wanted to add more of these underrepresented coffees to the menu. Super balanced cups, caramel and creamy but acidity to keep it buoyant. Lovely coffee.
