SHIPPING & RETURNS

 We roast your coffee to order! Currently, we roast for online orders on Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays:

  • We aim to ship all online orders within 24 hours. However orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship Monday. All coffee subscriptions ship on Monday.
  • Please note: all US orders will be shipped on Mondays only.
  • All coffees sold as whole beans in 12oz. foil-lined valve bags.


We currently ship only within Canada and the USA.

We work with FedEx on the vast majority of our online shipments. In Canada we are pleased to be able to offer a flat $10 dollar shipping rate, and free shipping on any order over $50 (before tax). We ship with both FedEx Ground and Express where applicable, with the aim of getting you your coffee within 2 days. Tracking numbers are provided. In some cases we utilize Canada Post Express Post, this mostly applies to shipments going to P.O. boxes, or rural destinations. Bows & Arrows discounts the shipping cost; this discount is automatically applied when your shipping is calculated.

RETURNS:
We do not accept returns. Nevertheless, we encourage all feedback on our coffee, and if an error occurs with your order, we want to know about it! Please contact us with your concerns at orders@bowsandarrowscoffee.com and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied.
