Ricardo Zelaya has been farming Finca San Agustin since 2005. He is the brother of Luis Pedro and nephew of Maria Zelaya Aguirre, the family that has Bella Carmona Estate and the mill Santa Clara. They are 4 th generation producers, making this their family business for over a hundred years. Luis Pedro Zelaya owns and manages the operations at the Carmona Mill, where this coffee is processed. After the coffee is hand picked, it is wet-processed at the family’s Carmona mill and then carefully sun dried. The Zelaya family is committed to excellence, making their name near synonymous with beautiful Antiguan coffees.
