In many ways, Carlos Ramos is Bows & Arrows. The coffees he produces year in and year out are routinely our favourite. The profile always highlights the care, attention and preparation Carlos takes with each harvest. The flavours are intentionally subtle and cup complexity is layered rather than the heavy, jammy fruit of some other coffees nearby. His coffee was the first we bought when we opened our doors and, if things go according to plan, we will always work together.
